It’s important that your clients understand the basic elements of any planning techniques you recommend. It’s even better if they want to go further than that.

Once they understand the first steps, I often get lots of questions from clients regarding some of the slightly more complex aspects of charitable gift planning.

Though every client’s planning situation is unique, their inquiries generally fall into some broad categories.

Here are seven of the most common questions I get, with the answers.
