Tax-focused advisory firm Rozovics Group, based in Park Ridge, Ill., has left Cetera Financial Specialists after a 17-year relationship with the broker/dealer. The firm is joining Avantax Wealth Management, the broker/dealer created last year through the merger of HD Vest and 1st Global.
Rozovics Group, which had $50 million in assets as of the end of 2019, is a family-owned business founded in 1977 that focuses on providing tax, accounting, wealth management and employer benefits services. Their clients include small to midsize businesses across industries.
Managing Partner Jeff Rozovics said his team chose Avantax for its technology platform and personalized support.
