Engineer (worked in trading and banking before) chiming in.
I am currently working on developing a way to automate the task for taking notes during a call. I understand it can be difficult to capture all the details while being attentive during the call. If you could help answer a few questions, we could build something special:
1. How much time do you spend on a phone call daily? (are you calling using a cellphone, or computer?)
2. Who is on the other end of the call, and for what purpose?
3. Is taking notes taking away a lot of your time?
4. What would be your ideal solution to improve your workflow?
1. I use Skype. It's free. For pnone call - about 4 euro par mounth
2. Basically clients.
3. Yap, I spend most of the workday on calls
4. Often have to work from home, after work. No surcharges. Sad :(
