Having a hard time landing a Job as a wholesaler, I know I have the skills the education but it just seems I can not get in the door.  I got all the way with Wells Fargo only to have them hire somebody else within the firm.  Any advice is cool.

try for an internal gig with a good firm.  It may take some time, but its a good way to enter that side of the business.
