I just started with SB, and they offer both medical and dental for you and your family, with different options that have different co-pays and deductibles.  The out of pocket expense is in relation to your current income, the more you earn, the more you pay.

Thank you for your insights  Could anyone also help me understand what the FAs contribute to medical and dental insurance at ML? 

I forget the exact dollar amount or percentages, but they use a PPO similar to any other company out there.  Mine is maybe $50 a month.
