Who are the best broker/dealers for smaller producers

Hi all, I'm new to this forum and was wondering who you would recommend as a full service broker/dealer that supports smaller producers (less than $100k annual GDC)? Thanks in advance.
Sorry I may not have been too clear. I'm a Series 7 registered securities representative and am looking for a full service broker dealer with minimum annual GDC requirement that is less than $100k. MassMutual is a good company and I have sold their products in the past but they are a insurance carrier. I'm looking for broker/dealer. LPL, Royal Aliance, Raymond James, etc. require minimum annual trailing DGC greater than $100k.
If you are looking for Rep only business model. No planning or advisory. I would find a local Indy that might bring you on...........or if you want your own shingle, I liked......Harbour, Geneos, Signal, SII.
I think Ameritas Investment Corp. could be a good fit, although they are also very well suited for bigger producers (200K, 300K, 500K GDC producers)
