Training: ML,SB,AGE

I wanted to get some experienced opinions about the training programs for Merrill Lynch, Smith Barney and AG Edwards. Also, what sort of follow up do they do in terms of showing you the proper way to build your book. Any advice would be really appreciated. I really need to find out the difference of these 3 firms so if you have some insight please post.
Come on guys and gals, my post is the only recent one without a reply. Yes, I have read the other posts, some of which are outdated and I have done my research, but I would appreciate an insider perspective on ML, SB, and AGE.
Any suggestions would be helpful.
take a look at this month's Registered Rep., which should be online soon.....there's a story about overhaul of the training program at Morgan Stanley, and how its program compares to the one at Merrill Lynch, and others.....

[/quote]Maybe there's no reply because this topic has been addressed over and over again, and you need to extend your search parameters back over the last 12 months or so and you'll find PLENTY of information.
They might be outdated if any of the programs had changed
significantly, which to my knowledge they have not.
Search the user names rightway or blarmston, they are a ML
POA coach and POA respectively. Their post are as good as
you are going to get on POA at ML.
