Hello,
Would anyone know the top 5 metrics that a Branch Manager would track to gauge FA performance?
On a daily basis?
Quarterly basis?
Would assume:
Net new assets?
Calls/Meetings?
Total Revenue?
Diversification?
Any guidance would be appreciated. I am trying to get a feel for what all the key metrics are.

6) tracking of growth in all areas going forward (i.e. greater number of qualified appointments; higher closing ratio; revenue growth; greater assets under management; deeper development of client accounts with numerous product placements)
