I’m a ML POA who is approaching my 12th month LOS. I have received my CRPC, passed my CFP and have been hitting all of my hurdles. My pipeline looks very promising in the long-term, but the short-term could be improved. What partnering structures have you seen in your offices? Which of those worked/didn’t work and why?
My biggest concern is that at this stage of the game that I don’t have much leverage. I want to work with someone rather than for them. What suggestions do you have for me?
