Does anyone know what the "going rate " is for team hires at MSSB or WFA. I have the opportunity to have a new hire join me (10 years as a private banker has CFP but no Series 7 yet…laid of by BofA). I think he will be salaried at around 50K plus commission payout per new FAA guidelines.

  Anyone else at MSSB hire somenoe into their team (or got hired into a team) that can offer input.   Thanks!!!!

I would be curious as to what the offers look like as well.  I am being courted by MSSB right now, and haven’t been able to get any hard figures as to starting salary.
