Series 9 and 10

What are your thoughts of series 9/10? I used training consultants for the 9 and failed with a 61%.. not sure why.. my lowest score was a 73% on the practice exams and that was the first ever practice exam I took. I was scoring 88%-100% by the time I took the test. I was wondering if anyone had tips or what they used to pass.
I’m sorry I have no experience with these exams. That being said, either the vendors are out of touch with the exams or the exams are horribly written. Not sure which—just know that there are too many people struggling with passing anything from the NASAA.
