Hi all, just wanted to get any thoughts that might be out there. I bought TC for the 66 as my firm provided STC and it doesn't have a very good track record for the 66 from what I've read. So my question is...is the test really this easy? I've heard everyone say there's no overlap with the 7 but there seems to be a lot in the way of how one is supposed to conduct business etc.

I keep waiting for it to be harder and don't want to take the test lightly, hence why I dropped my own money to get a study program that seems to be for all purposes pretty fail safe if you do the program as directed.

It's kind of mind boggling that other providers could really be that bad at preparing you for this when the content seems to be very straightforward.

I'm defineitly not boasting or anything of the sort. I just want to know others' experiences so that I know I'm going down the right path while it's still somewhat early.

Did you not read any of the other posts about the 66 and training consultants?  My firm also bought me STC.  After reading on this website and finding out that TC had identical questions, I bought TC.  THERE ARE IDENTICAL questions. YES, TC is really good and the test will be REALLY EASY if you stick with TC.  I was done in 50 minutes and got a 88 on the test.  I thought the 66 was easier than the 7 (1- it is shorter, 2- TC had identical questions on the practice exams so I wasn't worried AT ALL when I clicked "complete exam").  Make sure you have the TC tests!! They are the most important.  If you do not have the 6 TC practice tests, contact me, I can get them to you.

Further... YES, it is really that easy.  Problem with other material... it goes into WAY TOO MUCH detail about stuff you don't need it to.  TC sticks to the basics!  That is why they are the best.  They don't overshoot anything.  You are perfectly correct that it is "easy" with TC.

I actually just received the 66 material via fluke, its the online study guide, as well as the online access. Is the online study guide the same as what everyone is using on here?

I am not really sure what the online study guide is.  I had online access, which included the lectures, and 6 tests.  Do you have their practice tests?  You definitely want their practice tests.  There are 6.  But the onilne lectures also had some at the end of each section which would change each time you took them.  Pretty sure most of those were on the final 6 practice exams tho.
