Hi guys,

I have been offered a position as a quant strategist/developer in brokerage firm in NYC. I am not sure how much bonuses they offer (only said subject to performance) . what is the average bonus a brokerage firm would normally give out to its employee.

Generally, this site is for Financial Advisors (retail brokers).

bonuses for the first year typically run around eleventy kabillion dollars if you do your job well....!
