This is directed to wirehouse FA's in the training program(s).

I'd be interested in hearing what kind of training you want from the branch manager/ABOM. What are you getting, what are you NOT getting that you think would be helpful. Stories about a great BOM/ABOM in regards to training, and a not so great ABOM. It would also be helpful if you stated your months or years in production, prior business experience outside the industry, and whether or not you are on teams.

This forum is often used by rookies to get hep, so I'm turning it around and asking the rookies to help the BOM's be better trainers/managers.
