I am a recently (just passed my S66 yesterday, S7 late last year) registered assistant with a fairly large and established team. Soon I will be negotiating with them about my commision sharing. I was wondering if any other registered assistants out there would be willing to share what they receive in commision? I know I can choose if I want a flat dollar or percentage and am wondering what others have chosen. I am completely unaware of what a "good deal" would be and any information would be helpful. I have not found any helpful articles online or in this forum about what a respectable commision for a registered rep would be. Any information could be useful in my negotiations.
