Does anyone know of a rebuttal book for cold calling I could buy?
Yeah, use Bill Good’s rebuttal book.
Intro: I'm Bill Good. Meat & Potatoes: "Thankyouverymuch!" End
You're on a roll today ice.Definitely. I sent you an email just a few minutes ago. Interestingly, this week is busier than last, but at least I’ll be in town.

Why do you want a book that will teach you how to argue with people who don’t want to talk to you and who don’t want to buy what you’re selling?
MDRT Objections Handbook. It's pretty good, but I (can't believe I'm going to say this) agree with Alice Cooper.
http://www.mdrtpowercenter.org/product.asp?dept%5Fid=140&pf%5Fid=MDRTObjectionsI have been studying rebuttals for a few months. Its amazing how many people went from not being interested to opening an account with me. Being able to isolate and overcome objections really works. How many people are interested when first picking up the phone?! They are probable more upset they picked up the phone then not being interested. You either get them to open an account with you or get them to hang up the phone on you.
Here’s one that will move you past 95% of objections on the initial call:
"I've had clients say the same thing until they saw how to ...." Already have a broker-"I've had clients say the same thing until they saw how to ...." No money-"I've had clients say the same thing until they saw how to ...." Call me in 3 months-"I've had clients say the same thing until they saw how to ...." I just found out my wife's a ho-"I've had clients say the same thing until they saw how to ...." Gets past their initial reflex . Should improve you're numbers. Stok
