Be careful how much personal information you post.  Odds are your firm has a policy against posting on forums such as these.  Too much information and it makes it very easy to figure out who you are for your firm.  Just a friendly piece of advice.

I think it’s ok to post as long as you don’t try to offer specific investment advice or sell anything…

Good point…compliance is on the watch. I’m not even allowed on any social networking site (linkedIn, Facebook, My Space, You tube, etc) even if I don’t reveal myself.
