I’m looking for any ideas of a  firm to “join” on a very part-time basis.  My main business is  consulting, but  occasionally  my clients need help raising money from new investors.  I  have the contacts and would  like to put the investors and  my clients together.  I need a broker dealer  who  has no  minimum and would be open to sharing a portion of the referral fee that I receive  from my clients  for making  a successful introduction.  The referral fees could be a decent size, but they are not a regular income stream. Any ideas?
