Can anyone tell me the grid rate for FAs in training at Morgan Stanley?  Do they offer trainees any cash bonuses or deferred comp incentives?

I've seen the wallstreet.com story but it was for established FAs not training.

Why would they pay you a bonus to get trained? I mean, unless you’re connected with every millionaire in town, I don’t quite understand why they’d pay a signing bonus.

/no snark intended

Performance bonus, not signing or retention.  Other firms have cash bonus structures for top performers even in training (0-5 years).

Ah, I understand the question now. Well, when I talked with MS last year they did, I don’t know if they do now.
