ML vs. AXA

About to start premployment w/ AXA but got offered a FSA job w/ Merrill Lynch. Have a good manager w/ AXA that I am confident in. I like the idea of not having to prospect my face off at Merrill which seems to be the case w/ AXA. Any advice is appreciated.
Are you receiving a salary (draw) at AXA? If not go with Merrill because at least you will get a salary while you are calling daily.
I can’t imagine that any BD wouldn’t require you to “prospect your face off.” Where do you think the leads/clients will come from?
If you think you don’t have to prospect your head off at ML you are sadly mistaken.
