What does the current new FA training for Merrill look like ???
You are not going to like this but,
They do it as all wirehouses do, Throw a bunch of newbee's off the end of a dock and see who swims and who sinks Just like training a dog to swim.3 year program called PMD. Need roughly $3-$4MM net new annuitized assets per year to stay on track. Some modest bonuses are available along the way.
