I am not in the PMD program.  I am looking at being a Field FSA with Merrill Edge.  Anyone have any insight?

I am a bit confused as to what happens after you open accounts?  Are you stuck endlessly servicing clients or do you continue to receive incentive for helping with investments past initial open?

How much autonomy do you have?  Are you limited to product or do you have the full scope like any Merrill advisor has?  Any help is great appreciated.  Thank you.

Hello Brian, did you ever end up becoming a Field FSA with Merrill Edge? I am interviewing for the position now and it seems like a good starting point to joining a ML team possibly after proving yourself at the branch level.
