Hello,

I am planning to leave metlife for another company.  I was informed they will hold my last income payments for 13 months.  I just wanted to know if anyone has been paid for past commissions when they’ve been held by a former company.

if they are holding comp. then you were on the Finance Plan. You will get your money once "they" metlife get all of theirs back. It is common practice. The next time you join a firm consider going as earned. It changes the way you are paid, but what is yours is yours.
