Hi All,

Just wanted to get some advice from the experts on where to find Registered Reps.  I'm located in Phoenix, Az. and recruiting for a Fortune 200 company which is looking for Series 6 & 63 licensed individuals.  They pay a base salary of 36-40k/yr and offer full benefits plus a bonus structure.  It is not prospecting or cold calling.  The job is counseling and providing current clients with financial guidance.

It is definetly not for the hardcore salesperson, and if you know anyone who might be struggling with sales or just not cut out for it, it could be ideal for them. 

Also any networking leads or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
