Any advice on how to land a position with Fidelity Investments as a Financial Representative? I have a network event with 25 other candidates I will be competing with for the position. I am 30 and barely have any experience but have my licenses.  Am I too old for this position?

Practice picking up the phone and acting like you care about the person on the other end.

You could also get some experience by working at Wendy's.
