Thank you all for providing a lot of good advice.

Now I am in a situation where I can choose from an indi firm or the big boys.

In the indi firm I would have to be an assistant for about 6 months. Then when I complete all lisences and show I have the skills I would move to a partner. Nothing has been signed yet so I have a bit of room to wiggle.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
