IM 26 YEARS OLD, HAVE A BS IN ECONOMICS AND WOULD LIKE TO BE AN INVESTMENT ADVISOR: 

I LIVE IN NYC

I HAVE NO LICENSES OR EXPERIENCE WITH BANKING WHATSOEVER

I HAVE ONLY 6 YEARS IN SALES

GREAT TALKER, GREAT PEOPLE PERSON 

I WOULD LIKE TO EVENTUALLY HAVE AN RIA, BUT I DONT HAVE A CLUE WHERE TO START OR WHATS THE FIRST STEP TO TAKE

I LOVE EVERYTHING THAT AN ADVISOR STANDS FOR, I DONT WANT TO TAKE A PATH THAT WILL HAVE ME GOING IN CIRCLES BECAUSE IM ALREADY 26YRS OLD

I HAVE 10K IN MY BANK ACCOUNT

PLEASE...EXPERIENCED GUYS HELP ME START MY JOURNEY!! I NEED THIS

Once you get your licenses many doors will open. I recommend you to find a brokerage firm that will sponsor to get your licenses and start from there. Go to your college career page and apply from there.
