Maybe someone knows?

 I worked for 3 years with a firm Registered with my Series 24.  I moved to a wonderful new firm to work in a non supervisory role.  They say," even though my Series 24 is current I have to retake the Series 7".

Just wondering if anyone else has been in this dilema?
