salary of anywhere between 100-150k plus an override on either GDC or the profitabilty of the office. Most make between 250-350k.

SB manager in my neck of the woods makes north of 700K as a non producing mgr. UBS guy is at about 250K. Janney is around 200K.

AGE producing mgr is pulling about 400K net to him income from production and another buck and half as a do nothing mgr.

My BOM is in the 400k range as a hands on mgr who really helps his FAs.

to become a branch manager at an investment firm/ brokerage, what does it take?

how long of service did they work at the firm before getting promoted?

And, do you HAVE to have previous experience as a  broker/ FA?

what are some of the requirements?

I knew a branch manager at MS. He put up with alot of BS, and he barely made enough money to cover the Christmas party that he had to pay for.
