Good morning guys,

Let me give you a little background on myself before I ask my question. I'm 25, finishing up my bachelor's degree in Finance. I've been in the banking industry (retail banking) for about 8 years now, and want to make my move to become a Financial Advisor. The current bank that I work for does not do any investments so it's not an option for me.

So, my question is, what's the best way to get into the business? I've gone on a couple interviews to become a FA assistant or client associate, but I always feel like I'm over qualified  for the positions during the interviews.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for your help. By the way, I live in South Florida.
