I am applying for advisor positions in a few different banks and I would like to nail down some good questions for the interview process.  

Mainly I am wanting to learn about the main clients walking through the doors and the internal referral systems in place.  I remember seeing some good questions referenced in another thread, but I can't seem to find them now.

I know what I want to ask, but I guess I want to make sure I get the terminology correct.
