Hi all,

I am currently working as Fund Accountant at a bank. It has only been 3 months and I already hate my job. I don't think I can do it long term. So I want to swtich my career trajectory to Financial Planning. Reasons are two fold. I hate looking at the computer monitor like zombie all day long cruching numbers. I like to interact with people and listen to their stories.

So, I feel financial planning career is right fit for me because then I get to interact with clients and listen to their financial stories and formulate a plan.

I am recent graduate of B.com in Accounting. I am just starting my career and I am looking for right career that is a natural fit for me.

I am looking for any advise on this issue and would like to know the daily tasks of Financial Planner. What do they generally do in a given work day?

Thanks in advance.
