I am considering taking a position with Fidelity investments. If anyone has past or present experience with them, pro or con, I’d appreciate the insight before I make my decision.

I’m a POA/PMD that is looking at options in case they decide to close out the program all together, which I’ve heard is a possiblity. The major wire houses in my area have already stopped brining on new recruits. Not a lot of options out there.

While I appreciate your very subtle yet condescending tips, the offer I have in front of me right now is from Fidelity, which is why I am asking for insight on Fidelity in this forum. If I want info on independent firms I’ll come to you at another time.

  A friend of mine is a manager at a Fidelity Branch and has very good things to say about the working environment and opportunities. If you are a very high energy person that is task oriented, you would be perfect for the job.
