Edward Jones is a fine organization, provided you are in a decent territory, you work hard, and you get decent support from the people that are supposed to help you.

Word to the wise, but I suspect that Jones management typically keeps a close eye on this website. So, careful with your communications. If your last name is Jones, you might get a new moniker. 

Keep yourself very private, guarded on all things internet/social media. It's one of the new career killers.
