EDJ: tempe or st. louis for pass program
18 RepliesJump to last post
If i decide to accept the offer to do the pass program for EDJ, would I have the choice of choosing tempe or st. loius? I have been dealing with st. louis so far during this process but I would much rather go to tempe if I choose to do the program.
Tempe- Has University of Arizona sorority girls.....
St. Louis- does NOT have University of Arizona sorority girls.....
Any questions......

I'm sure that the ASU sorority girl's are looking to latch onto some new Jones PASS participant!
As a graduate of the University of Arizona I can assure you that it is in Tucson. You are thinking of ASU in Tempe. I won't make any comments on the quality of ASU grads , but I'll leave you with a little something our friend Ned Flanders was once quoted as saying:
"Looks like Heaven's easier to get into than Arizona State."

Show them your mountain chart
Sorority girls from the University of…Who cares?! The key phrase blarm was trying to emphasize was sorority girls. The school is immaterial.
Well BR, you can have all the sorority girls in North Dakota if the Arizona ones are mine.
Hahaha… My mistake… ASU is definately correct… One of my fondest memories of late was partying in Phoenix and going to the Library at ASU for an evening of debauchery… ahhhhh… bartenders and cocktail servers dressed in pigtails and sexy librarian uniforms…
Pass program should be called the Fail program.
Every broker coming out of that program fails. Just open an office locally and get an 18 month head start. If you can't make it from scratch, you won't make it after a year and a half and a 5 or 10 million dollar office you land in afterward.
I am closer to North Dakota, freedom, so I would jump on the grenade merely for convenience’s sake.
St. Louis is a good town, I should know I grew up here and I moved back just recently.
That being said, if you come here as a Jones broker, you'll be competing with an office on seemingly every street corner. Unless you're getting existing assets, I wouldn't recommend it. They're obviously well known here, but I think that the market is already so crowded that outweighs the benefits of name recognition.
The question you should ask yourself is “am I a good brown noser and do
I eventually want to end up in home office?” if the answer is yes, go to St.
Louis and eat lunch everyday at South Campus. If you want to be a good
broker and enjoy your life outside of EJ definately go to AZ.
