I'm just wondering how this compares to others:

I've been in production about two years total and my largest account is 300k.

My fee based account's average balance is approx. 70k

I have approx 15M total AUM of which about 60% is fee based.

scrim,

You are doing a good job.  Don't you mainly do some proprietary fee based account your B of D creates???

Good job on the % into fees, I have a tough time getting alot of people to understand, the midwest is extremely fee sensetive I don't know if it like that everywhere or not.

I think your account size is kinda low.  Do you deal with retirees at all?  Are you in the country?  I have several accounts over 500K and maybe 5 or 6 over a million.

Scrim, scrim , scrim. You're doing, hmmmm, ok; but you're not maxing out your potential my friend. In the General Boards, I posted an article about a GunnAllen broker who generated commissions of over $120,000 on only $420,000 in assets; all this in only 3-4 months.

Now, stay with me here, if you took your $15 mill AUM and did what the GunnAllen broker did, you could generate $4.2 mill in commisions, netting you about $1.2 mill by the end of summer! High Five, Baby!!!!!
