Are you asking for a template or your asking for an actual business plan?

either way they are really just asking you to be honest and show that you would have a plan in place 

if you get hired so just write wht you probably told them in the interview

They're just asking for a business plan. It doesn't need to be on a template necessarily but I think they might help.

Otherwise, I have been advised to include my activity plan.

Im actually writing one up right now......the questions are

visions- what do u see ur business looking like in a few years  

goals- what goals do u want to hit...like how much revenue do you expect to make in the first 12 months.

my activities-

my developtment- how will you make yourself grow
