Hi im new to the board. I would like to start a career in WM, but I do want to start off on the right foot. And to start from there, I want to start with the right firm.

I wanted to know everyone's opinions here on what wirehouse, regional, or independent tries their darnest to make sure their new hires succeeds and not fail in their industry. I dont want to know companies that give handouts to their employees, but good companies that give their employees a good solid training on product knowledge or salesmanship, or anything else you can think of.

Im also open to new ideas and constructive criticism.
