Average Salary Range @ Merrill/MSSB

Just wondering, if you are not licensed and just starting out, what are the high/low numbers that they offer? Whether you are 21 and right out of school, or 42 with a ton on business contacts? What can each expect?
High is $60k at both for unlicensed entering training program. If you are out of school I'd assume less like closer to $40k. Doesn't really matter too much though since after about 18 months your own your own....it's just short term money
