So I just failed the 66 after studying with STC.  I had scores in the high eighties with my practice exams and ended up bombing the 66!!! 

Any advice on what materials I should be studying from to knock it out the next time?

check out www.passthe66.com, especially the ExamCram Online Test Prep.  They update their questions regularly.  Even if you have Kaplan or STC, these questions are worth having . . . and the books/DVDs make sense.
