I currently have life/health, Series 6, 63, 65, and passed Investments course of CFP.

Do not "need" the Series 7 currently, but would like to get it out of the way.

What's the time frame for passing this considering my prior knowledge base?

I would set a month timeline to study.  Spend a week studying options, a week reviewing the other material, and do practice test for the other two weeks.  Shouldn't be too difficult.
