ING has named Catherine Bonneau chief operating officer of its independent broker/dealer, Prime Vest Financial Services, where she will be responsible for the customer service, operations and trading departments. Since 1999, Bonneau served as the president of ING Trust USA.

Robert Finn has joined Piper Jaffray as an advisor in San Francisco. Finn was previously with RBC Dain Rauscher and has $200 million assets under management. He works primarily in fixed income.

Philip Horn and Mark Lindee, each with $125 million in client assets, have recently joined Wachovia Securities in Westwood, Calif. Both advisors were previously with Smith Barney.

Todd Lavergne has been named UBS branch manager for two separate offices in the Galleria shopping center of Houston that have been combined into one. Together, the two offices manage $16 million in assets. Previously, Lavergne ran the stock-option financing business for UBS. Former managers for the two offices have left the firm.
