He has personally overseen consulting assignments with many of the country's largest broker dealers, custodians, and insurance companies, and continues to guide the creation of the next generation of strategies for independent wealth management firms.
Crafford leads the business consulting team for clients of Wealth Solutions to help them grow and strengthen their business. Lisa is also a regular speaker at industry events and contributes to the thought leadership at BNY Mellon | Pershing. Prior to joining BNY Mellon | Pershing in 2015 as a relationship manager, Crafford spent 5 years with an RIA in the Washington, DC metro area as the director of business management.
