As we look into 2021, we have to ask what changes in consumer behavior and marketing strategies are here to stay? As a post-COVID-19 world returns to normal, will digital marketing still prevail? Or will advisors default back to the comfort of traditional methods they’ve used in the past?
I certainly have my own ideas about the answers to these questions. But as Will Rogers famously said: “Never miss a good chance to shut up.”
