LPL Adds $150M Bialke Financial Partners

Bialke Financial Partners has joined Financial Resources Group Investment Services, one of LPL’s large offices of supervisory jurisdiction, and the team will operate as the investment arm of American Bank of the North.

An advisory team managing $150 million in client assets have moved their book of business from Lincoln Financial Advisors to LPL Financial. Virginia, Minn.-based Bialke Financial Partners has joined Financial Resources Group Investment Services, one of LPL’s large offices of supervisory jurisdiction, and the team will operate as the investment arm of American Bank of the North.

Bialke Financial Partners has been around since 1947 and consists of advisors Christopher Bialke, CEO and president, and Dan Rabideaux, chief financial officer. Jeremy Bateman serves as chief investment officer, while Alyssa Droste is chief compliance officer, and Mercedeez Samson is office manager.

Bialke said the team’s first priority was to find a broker/dealer partner that didn’t sell proprietary products.

“We are also excited to have access to LPL’s enhanced technology resources,” he said, in a statement. “With COVID-19 and other challenges associated with the pandemic, we found it is necessary to have strong technology to better support clients and meet their needs in the current environment.”

The team expects the partnership with American Bank of the North to help expand its client base.
