FAs going to regional firms such as RayJay and Stifel.  If it does, it seems it would really limit the regionals expansion plans.

I think WF deal and BAI will do nothing but boost the growth at up and coming regionals. Stiffel, Ray Jay, Wedbush, Oppco will all benefit especially as the up and coming FAs who will get largely passed over will look for more friendly places to hang their hats.  Payouts are better, deals are not stupid but they are far better than the supposed retention money is or will be at WS.
