You might want to check public CRD before you consider this firm.  From the amount of disclosure, we believe this firm is at best poorly managed.

I did not say they were cheap, I said taht i my opinion the firm was poorly managed due to their very large number of regulatory actions and arbitrations.  That said, their legal costs alone might contribute to their frugality.
