Any Wachovia employees here? Has anyone heard about this year’s bonus? I heard bonus pool is 20% of last year. Is it true? So everybody get 80% cut of bonus?

So your saying out of all the Wachovia reps, only 1% are getting retention?? That would be about 150 FA’s give or take. No way is that scenario going down. There would be so much contention, for WF sake it would be better they gave nothing if thats the case.

Charlotte Observer article talking about the bank employees. Heard from StL the same thing for home office employees at WacSec., but that could be based on someone reading paper. WacSec was one of few profitable divisions. Retention is not considered a bonus, otherwise not many would get, ROFLMAO!!
