Yes indeed... It's all about headcount and little else. Quantity not quality. Is 17,457 the actual new headcount? Seems like at some point, mgmt would realize it's easier, cheaper, and better to concentrate on retention; rather than endless recruiting and god forbid... a new round of training.

It is cheaper than training people for 3 years and figuring out they won't make it..
