Maybe SB mgmt is backing down from the pay cuts, so they won’t publish the actual plan. Prob smart since their brokers will again have to apologize for their behavior, in the “Money Honey” scandal.

The new comp plan is now on the internal SB website.

I didn't see any surprises from what they told us in December.

Go ahead and waste your time memorizing all of the little ins and outs and fine print in the “new” plan.  Just when it becomes second nature, and you have it all figured out, it will change again.  Face it guys.  You’re nothing more than a rats, and they keep moving your cheese.

I may be a rat…but I’m a fat rat.  Wirehouse brokers don’t have to worry about the little scraps of cheese you little indies scamper after. There are big hunks of cheese here.

A cheese diet will make you constipated (and full of sh*t).
